Areas of expertise
My clients seek therapy for a variety of reasons, each bringing their unique experiences, struggles and potential.
I have a particular interest in and/or experience supporting clients with:
-
Addictive behaviours are seen everywhere: from our addictions to screens and social media, to overworking or overexercising, to compulsive buying or eating. They often arise as attempts to cope with inner pain or unmet needs. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space to explore these patterns, understand their underlying causes and support empowerment and change.
-
Anxiety and overthinking can feel like constant inner noise, overwhelming us and obscuring our deeper sense of self and inner peace. I provide space to gently observe these patterns, understand their origins and develop tools to quiet the mind, allowing you to reconnect with your centre and access greater calm and clarity.
-
Living with chronic illness can affect not only the body, but also one’s identity, vitality, relationships and sense of meaning. I offer a compassionate and spacious environment to explore the emotional impact of illness, alongside potential grief and loss. I will also support you to nurture your inner resilience and reconnect with a deeper sense of self beyond the diagnosis.
-
Many clients come to therapy feeling either emotionally numb or overwhelmed by the intensity of their feelings. I can support you to explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion, working towards greater self-awareness, integration, and emotional wellbeing.
-
Perhaps you’re feeling disconnected from who you are or uncertain about your direction in life. Through gentle exploration of your inner world, including the parts of you that may feel hidden, in conflict or forgotten, we can work toward reconnection with your authentic self and a renewed sense of meaning.
-
There are many forms of loss that we may experience in our lives - from the death of a loved one or the end of a relationship to the countless losses that go unseen. Grief can affect us in many ways, disorienting our sense of self, our meaning and connection. I offer a compassionate space to honour your grief, explore its layers and support your process of healing, integration and reconnection with your core self.
-
I support neurodiverse clients by recognizing the unique ways our minds experience and interact with the world. Whether you have a diagnosis or not, I can work with you to explore your individual strengths and challenges, promote self-acceptance and empower you to live authentically.
-
Being a parent can bring enormous change and many challenges, not only during pregnancy and birth, but also through the responsibilities of raising children to the transitions of separation and independence. It can also evoke your own past. I support parents through the full spectrum of their journey to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience and relational healing for both parent and child.
-
Whether navigating challenges in romantic partnerships, family dynamics, friendships or work relationships, I provide a space for you to deepen your understanding of yourself and others. I will support you in exploring your inner landscape to cultivate greater self-awareness and compassion, which in turn supports more authentic and fulfilling connections with others.

Sexuality can be a source of vitality, confusion, wounding or deep longing. It is deeply tied to our creativity, longing and sense of belonging, and for many, it raises profound questions of identity, intimacy and spiritual connection. Whether you feel uncertain, curious or called to reconnect with your erotic and spiritual self, I can support you in exploring your sexuality with openness as you move to becoming more of your authentic self.
