Who am I?

I am Helen Smith, a fully qualified and registered counsellor practising under the BACP Ethical Framework. I completed an extensive training 3-year at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London resulting in a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling.

I provide counselling for adult clients in-person at the Psychosynthesis Trust, near London Bridge, and online.

My interests and influences are wide-ranging, from nature, movement and science to creativity, energetics and spirituality. I bring technical, analytical and creative skills from my previous career working in the legal sector in protecting inventions.
